After Wutai's declaration of war on July 4th's attack, ShinRa has been sending troops to take siege of Wutai's capital but failed. With such a different momentum from the last war, Wutai's strategy has seemed to change. Even with suffering some heavy causalities on the attack on the capital, Wutai has already expanding it's war front to the Rocket Town area.Currently ShinRa has sent Second Class SOLDIERS to area to keep Wutai's influence from spreading too deep into the Western Continent.
